Liberty County Indigent Health Care

The Liberty County Indigent Health Care Office determines eligibility for health care services to county residents. Programs include physician visits, inpatient and outpatient hospital services, prescription services, specialty services, vision and dental to eligible residents not currently receiving Medicaid or Medicare.

The Indigent Health Care Program has an office in Liberty and Cleveland. To obtain an application for the program call one of the offices. This is not a clinic and does not have any medical clinicians on staff.
